We have made some changes to our deliveries in the interest of the health of our customers and staff.

Please be aware due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation our drivers are not permitted to enter occupied homes. Therefore, please make sure you arrange your own help to take goods into the property.

Please respect our drivers’ decision if they feel at risk.

If you are unable to take delivery under these guidelines, please arrange to collect from our premises instead.

Have you got the edge?

Not that long ago a laminate worktop came as standard with a postformed (curved) edge. Included in the packaging was a generous length of matching laminate edging strip to finish the cut ends with. The only exception to this rule was Duropal worktops. If you need edging for Duropal you order it separately. It's always been that way and probably always will.

But Duropal may not be unique in their approach for much longer. Enter the square-edged worktop, a new breed of laminate worktop finished with a thicker and more durable edging strip made of ABS or PP. These "on trend" worktops don't come with edging strip included, it's far too expensive, so as with Duropal you have to buy it separately.

As more of the big brands give over space in their worktop ranges to square-edged worktops in various thicknesses, how long will it be before including edging strip becomes a thing of the past?

If you are ordering worktops where you need to finish a cut edge, don't forget to check whether edging strip is included!

New Warehouse Means More Stock

To accommodate an ever growing range of worktops we have now opened a brand new worktops warehouse in Southampton across the road from our existing Millbrook showroom and workshop, enabling us to offer an even better ex-stock range of worktops than ever before.

The added warehouse space means we can now serve all our customers with deliveries from Southampton throughout Hampshire, Dorset and beyond.

We also have full workshop facilities on site in Southampton. We can make worktops to your specification in laminates, solid wood and solid surface.

Every day our own delivery vehicles are out delivering worktops in Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and the fringes of the surrounding counties, but even if you are further afield we may still be able to assist with your requirements.

Worktop Fabrication

We have a fully equipped worktop fabrication workshop with a 3 axis CNC computer controlled router. This enables us to cut worktops to any shape, prepare complex joints and form sink cutouts and drainer grooves in solid worktops.

We've got a showroom full of worktops in Southampton where you can choose from literally hundreds of designs. We can often supply samples to take away if you still can't decide!
